These Terms govern access to and use of the Starlight website ("Site") and product purchases from Starlight Beauty ("we", "us", "our", "Seller"). Using the Site or placing an order means acceptance.

Minimum 18 years (or local age of majority). Placing an order confirms that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Cosmetic wellness devices for skincare. They are not medical devices. Read the manual carefully and consult a qualified professional in case of any health concerns.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices in EUR/PLN, subject to change. Payments are processed by providers at checkout; no card details are stored. The Seller may cancel an order; in that case a refund is issued.

We ship worldwide via tracked carriers. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout (indicative). Risk passes to you on delivery. Import duties are your responsibility.

14-day right of withdrawal from delivery (distance contract). Return the product unused and resalable in its original packaging. The Seller covers return costs (PL consumer); the buyer pays the initial shipping. Refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt. Hygiene exception: no returns for opened or used masks (health protection). Form: download the withdrawal form from the Complaints page and send it to the Seller. Complaints & withdrawal.

2-year legal warranty (rękojmia) for defects. Report within 2 years. The Seller will repair, replace, or refund. Procedure: contact info@starlight.beauty. ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.

All Site content is protected. No reproduction without consent.

Maximum liability equals the order value. No liability for indirect damages. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. negligence causing death or injury).

No misuse, disruption, or illegal use of the Site.

Updates are posted with a new date. Material changes will be notified. Continued use means acceptance.

Polish law. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts in Warsaw. Disputes: free mediation via UOKiK.
