These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Starlight website ("Site") and the purchase of products from Starlight Beauty ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Starlight products are cosmetic wellness devices intended to support your at-home skincare routine. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always read the product manual and consult a qualified professional if you have any health concerns.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by trusted third-party providers; we do not store full card details on our servers.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded.

We ship worldwide via tracked carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. Customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility.

You may return your unused or lightly-tested product within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

For hygienic reasons, we may refuse returns of items that show significant wear or damage caused by misuse.

Each Starlight device is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use, beginning on the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, modification, or wear and tear.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, videos, and code — is owned by Starlight Beauty or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starlight Beauty's total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
